This capability is used only to deliver the best content to the recipient, and the recipient always has control to override the "HTML Capable" setting in the ActionMessage database by contacting the client whom the campaign has been deployed.
Information regarding the activity of email recipients is only reported to the client who deployed the email through ActionMessage. Information about specific email recipients is only shared with the client who owns the list on which the email recipients email address originally appeared.ActionMessage does not sell or rent out the mailing list of our clients without the consent of our client.
